1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of our plot booking and installment payment services. By booking a plot, paying the application fee, or using our portal, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking & Application Fee

• Booking holds a plot temporarily once the application fee is paid and verified.
• Approval is subject to verification and may be rejected with reasons.
• Application fee may be non-refundable except where required by law or our policy.

3. Price & Installments

• Total price is calculated as price_per_sqm × plot_size_sqm from our current price structure.
• Standard plan: 12 monthly installments starting from the application fee approval date.
• Early or lump-sum payments are allowed; any excess may be recorded as credit for your booking.

4. Payment Allocation

• Payments are applied to the oldest unpaid installment(s) first.
• Overpayments may be held as booking credit and are not auto-consumed unless you make a new payment request.

5. Defaults & Remedies

• Late or missed installments may incur penalties or lead to booking cancellation as per policy.
• We may send reminders by email/SMS for due or overdue installments.

6. Refunds

Refunds (if any) follow our posted refund policy and applicable law. Bank/M-Pesa fees may be non-refundable.

7. Communications

• You consent to receive service emails (receipts, approvals, reminders). Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.

8. Data & Privacy

We collect and process your data to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid to us for the service at issue.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new version.
